About NobleNip

NobleNip began in a small garden in Red Deer, Alberta. No labs. No warehouses. Just soil and sun.

Every catnip and catmint plant is grown by hand, harvested by hand, and dried by hand. We do not outsource. We do not buy mystery “catnip blends.” We do not add fillers. What goes into the tin is what came out of the garden, nothing else.

Our process is slow on purpose. We air-dry in small batches to protect the essential oils that make cats react. After drying, we sift to remove woody stems and keep only the most fragrant leaves and flowers. Each batch is sealed in matte black, odor-barrier tins to lock in freshness, block light, and keep the aroma from fading on your shelf. You open the tin and it smells alive. Your cat gets the richest hit of scent and flavor possible.

We do this because we are not selling “pet product 3847.” We are making something that respects cats. Cats are intuitive, picky, highly sensory animals. They know when something is stale. They know when something is cheap. NobleNip is for cats who deserve better, and for the people who love watching them light up.

We also build with care. Our plants are grown in central Alberta, not shipped from who knows where. We harvest in ways that let the plants keep coming back. We pack in reusable tins instead of disposable plastic. We name our growers, us, instead of hiding behind “proprietary sourcing.”

NobleNip is more than catnip. It is a little ritual of joy.

As a lifelong cat owner, I know how special those small, joyful moments are. I have grown catnip for years for my own cats, and now I am sharing it so you can make those moments at home too. Open the tin, watch your cat light up, and enjoy the chaos and purrs together.
